3-Day Return Window
Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Requests after this period will be declined.
Delivery Acknowledgment
All orders are considered accepted in good condition upon delivery. Customers must inspect items immediately. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Refunds
Approved returns are issued as store credit (preferred) or original payment (at our discretion). Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Only for defective or incorrect items. Must be reported within 48 hours.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible. Use insured, trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost returns.
