At PR Jewelry, we offer real gold jewelry crafted for lasting value. To protect product integrity, we maintain a strict return policy.

3-Day Return Window

Return requests must be made within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Requests after this period will be declined.

Delivery Acknowledgment

All orders are considered accepted in good condition upon delivery. Customers must inspect items immediately. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Return Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Free of scratches or damage

  • Returned with original packaging

Inspection & Approval

All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny returns showing:

  • Wear

  • Damage or scratches

  • Alteration or tampering

  • Broken or compromised jewelry

Note: Broken jewelry will not be accepted under any circumstances. Rejected items will be returned.

Final Sale Items

No returns on:

  • Custom or special orders

  • Earrings

  • Altered or resized items

  • Items marked final sale

Refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit (preferred) or original payment (at our discretion). Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Only for defective or incorrect items. Must be reported within 48 hours.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible. Use insured, trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Financing & Layaway

  • Financed orders: Store credit only.

  • Layaway: All payments non-refundable; cancellations receive store credit only.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree to this policy. We will dispute chargebacks with proof of delivery and policy acceptance.

Important

Worn jewelry cannot be resold as new; all returns are strictly enforced.
