Product Authenticity & Pricing

  • Real Gold Guarantee: We specialize in real gold jewelry. Due to the volatile nature of the gold market, prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in descriptions; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Small variations in weight or appearance are inherent to handcrafted fine jewelry.

Payment & Financing

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full before shipping unless using an approved third-party financing provider.

  • Financing/Layaway: As stated in our Return Policy, financed orders are eligible for store credit only. Layaway payments are non-refundable; cancellations result in store credit only.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • We highly recommend signature-required delivery for all high-value gold pieces.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By purchasing from PR Jewelry, you acknowledge and accept our 3-day return window.

  • Agreement: You agree not to file a chargeback for issues related to "change of mind" or after the 3-day window has expired. We will provide these Terms and proof of delivery to financial institutions to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.

Limitation of Liability

PR Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
